OUR PHILOSOPHY

SP Funds RE, LLC (the “Fund”) is a private fund that strives to provide a stable income-producing solution, focusing on creating value for its investors. The Fund provides a platform for ethically conscious Accredited Investors to invest in a diversified, Sharia-compliant portfolio.

With over fifteen years of working in diverse market conditions, SP FUNDS RE’s CEO, Naushad Virji, draws on his significant experience in strategic investments, wealth management, real estate, and hedge funds to assist investors in navigating complex market environments. With ethics at the heart of the Fund’s focus, all investments are made with 100% cash and do not utilize mortgages or any other interest-bearing debt, eliminating the risk of mortgage default and foreclosure.

GOALS

  • Preserve Investor capital.
  • Deliver regular distributions from available net cash flow from operations and capital transactions; and
  • Provide the potential for long-term capital appreciation.
